This policy describes what information mtcg.net collects, why, and how it's used. We keep this deliberately simple: this site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and it does not sell or share visitor data.
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, email address and/or phone number, the topic you select, and your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to begin that engagement. We do not use contact-form submissions for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell this information to anyone.
The form includes a hidden field used only to detect automated spam submissions (a "honeypot"); it is not visible to human visitors and is not used to collect any personal information.
Like most websites, our web server automatically logs standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser/user-agent string, requested page, referring page, and timestamp. This is used for security (detecting abuse and malicious traffic), troubleshooting, and basic aggregate traffic statistics. Log-based traffic statistics are viewable only by us, through a password-protected internal tool, and are not shared externally.
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party tracking scripts (no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar). No cookie-consent banner is used because none of the cookie categories that require one are in use.
We do not share the information collected on this site with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where we use infrastructure providers (such as hosting or email delivery) to operate the site and deliver contact-form messages, those providers process data only as necessary to provide that infrastructure to us.
Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry or, for clients, for the duration of the business relationship and as required for our own recordkeeping. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes and then rotated out.
You can decline to submit the contact form and instead reach out by email directly. If you'd like us to delete personal information you've previously submitted, email us at the address below and we will honor that request except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
MTCG is a U.S. entity; Mexico-based engagements are handled as consulting services from that U.S. entity (see our Disclaimer for details). Personal information submitted through this site, regardless of the visitor's location, is handled under this same policy.
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
